Treat day!

Doctors visit today. Diabetes review, Asthma review and Hypertension review. The trifecta :D. Results next week along with an Asthma appointment with the Asthma nurse for more expert advice on persistent cough and wheezing. 

Traditionally, after a visit to the doctors we go for tea and cake or lunch at Rhug Farm Estate. It was packed but there were tables empty in the cafe. People before us requested a table and were told they couldn't sit them until 1.20, an hour away!!! 

So we left and went to our favourite garden centre at Ruthin. They have a lovely cafe and have also set up tables and chairs in one of their poly tunnels. We are surrounded by Acers, Olive trees and beautiful plants. We left Rhug, cold and damp from very windy and wet conditions to arrive in Ruthin to hot sunshine and no rain. It's only half an hour away. Much friendlier atmosphere and very welcoming.
