Latticed Heath

It was a good day for butterflies and moths on my little wander this morning - seems they were just waiting for the much milder weather to venture out!

Nice to see this Latticed Heath (I think!?) moth, and also saw some Cinnabar moths too.  And it was also a good day for small tortoiseshell butterflies as I spotted about 12, all enjoying patches of buttercups!  WAs very quiet on the birdwatching front, although the black headed gulls were on extra levels of noise making today!

had a parcel delivered from H&M today, and am now parcelling it all back up to return!  Everything was just too big so it seems their sizing must have changed again! I give up trying to work out the different sizes offered by each different retailer!
