Butterfly Aerobatics

Had a busy day today catching up on housework and making a quiche for the weekend. I have to make my own quiche because although I love cheese it has a rather strange effect on me, whenever I eat it, it makes me fall asleep - how ridiculous is that? I do eat it in very small quantities sometimes because I love it so much but the effect is the same every time :-( I have made a salmon and vegetable quiche this time, with extra garlic and herbs to make up for not having any cheese and I think it's as tasty as any I've had before :-)

We had lots of rain this morning and I thought it was going to be difficult to find a blip (you nearly had a photo of the quiche) but this afternoon the sun has put his hat on and made the butterflies come out to play.
