Kayan Women

Up at 6.30 to finish packing. The man knocked on our door at 7.00 to tell us the bus was waiting. So had to be super quick. I asked if we could have a banana to take with us. He came back with 4 bananas and 2 milk wafer packets. We also got a free 'winner guest house' T-shirt. Said goodbye to the 3 guys. When the man through my bag on top of the jeep it rolled off down the front of the car!! Our bus was 'lovely' and had a huge crack in the window. Stopped at 11 to get lunch and I had noodle chicken. Which was really good. We asked if two girls wanted to join us, they were from Sweden. We passed through Kalaw and dropped of all the Trekkers! The bus then arrived at Inle Lake an hour after. We took two separate trishaws to Joy hostel. We have a fan room with an outdoor bathroom that is a bit to pricey for what it is. But we are right next to the canal and can watch the locals load their fruit into their long tail boat. There are tons of tomatoes. We went to Sunflower restaurant for supper. Had a chicken pineapple curry. The man loaded our plate up with peanuts twice! Had another nice evening. We had a knock at our door, it was crazy Tesa who we just met at the door asking us if we wanted to join them on a boat trip tomorrow. Had a earlyish bed.
