Moorland Blanket

I have finished my moorland blanket and I’m very pleased with it. It’s actually for me this time - all the other blankets I’ve done recently have been for other people.
I followed a pattern from attic24 which is a crochet website. The designer based the blanket on a photo of the moorland with the grass and earthy tones at the bottom, leading into the heather and then the sky. Very clever and really beautiful colours.
I’ve added two photos by the designer at the bottom of the collage to show her inspiration.
