Bonnie banks

After yesterday's drizzle today dawned bright and sunny, so we headed for Loch Lomond mid-morning, by which time it had clouded over. Still, at least it stayed dry.

Mabel and Dudley enjoyed their walk from Milarrochy to Manse Bay and back, with several deviations from the path down to the shore, where they seemed to like pottering. Mabel, particularly, became quite frisky.

At one point Dudley took off in fright at the sight of two scary giant monsters (a harmless couple walking the West Highland Way) but they very considerately stopped walking while I retrieved the scaredy cat dog and put him on the lead until it was deemed safe again.
