Please lady

An interesting day. Needles and natter this morning. Very different dynamics as the lady who runs the business is at the Staffordshire County Show for the next two days and the shop is being managed by her youngest son and husband. I’ve never met them before, but I have met their dog who visits intermittently and has a good memory. He very quickly clocked that I’m the ‘biscuit’ lady and that if he sat nicely and gave me a paw he would be rewarded!!!

There were only five of us crafters present as others are on holiday. This also affected the dynamics very positively, as the absence of the noisy domineering one allowed other quieter ones to get a word in!!!

A GP appointment in the afternoon, followed by a trip to the chippy early evening as we fancied their super haddock for dinner.
