Fallen

Happy to report most of the leaves have fallen. Yesterday I decided to rake some up and limit myself to just 5 minutes. Didn’t happen of course and after 10 minutes Bob came out to stop me (prearranged because I knew I would keep on going).  Today we went out and I did 7 minutes this morning and 9 minutes this evening. Most are now on the road for collection by the council (for their compost). 

It’s nice being able to do some useful jobs again. I don’t see them as jobs really, just something that needs doing. 

We are still having cool dark days, I’m sick of winter already and it hasn’t even started yet. It’s times like this I think of tropical islands and the desire to be there.
