Prevention

Spent the morning at the hospital for my annual health check. Like many things here this was efficient and surprisingly thorough: physical exam, hearing test, eyesight test, chest x-ray, ECG, blood, urine and stool tests, mammogram (+ other lovely lady tests) and my absolute super favourite... the barium stomach test!! :-0

Now for the really fun part... waiting for the report which is likely to run to double digits!

Oh and today's photo? Kobe belongs to the UNESCO Cities of Design, and takes advantage of its creative potential to support the social and economic development of the region. A certain sense of design can be felt across the whole city, which includes even manhole covers!!
