With lust unrequited, a gaze undivided

Non stop day today.

Slept fabulously got up drank hot water headed to work 

Felt like chocolate and I indulged.  Regretting it now

Worked non stop all day .... Well except for when I was walking my 250 steps each hour and when I was examining the baby seagurl .... See extra.  It's brown and dotty 

I also walked up and down the front stairs twice and the back stairs once 

Call me crazy!

When I got home Si was still at the allotment.  He cycled up.  Get us and all this movement. 

I baked a cake while I waited for him to come home and then I painted my garden signs and then I read my magazine for a while 

After dinner we took a drive to the harbour   I like a little sea before bed and my knee was too sore (probably all the bloody stairs ) to walk
