Surprise

A day where I didn't have any plans.  I have this Christmas tree in the garden, which by all intentions should no longer be with us.  Yet it continues to growth new needles each year and here is the evidence.  It is more green, with light and dark shades, good I thought, but what I saw next surprised me.  Small insects were living in and between the needles.  Also 'froth' could be seen around needles.  Hard to see but I did check this before Blipping.
