Jillian's Journal

A view out the front door . . .

………………………. with my grandfather’s painting of a pohutukawa tree alongside.
My only photo for the day.
Much achieved today, in details rather than the number of events.

I’ve been helping organise a visit to Tekapo in November for the Girl Fridays - all 9 are keen to go. It’ll be the first time we’ve been together for a very long time, if it all comes off. Six of them live in Christchurch. My neighbour, a GF, sent off the confirmation email this afternoon.

I’ve also put a rather detailed food list together for World Expeditions, who are putting together our Kimberley Walking Tour in July. I hope that whoever gets to sort out my food agenda manages to make sense of it.
It’s not long till I leave, on July 7th. It’s all rather exciting! We’ll be travelling along the Gibb River Road.
