I left home at 9. Unfortunately, all of Monday’s and Tuesday’s HGVs plus all the people travelling back from their weekend away were on the M6. I got to Loughborough about 1230. I had planned a picnic and a walk along the canal but the weather was awful. We had the picnic in the car and then a short walk to a cafe, so I could have a break from the car. Then we picked up Ws stuff from his friend A’s house. It was a typical student house. I had a good chat with his pals. We set off about 130 and got about 5. It was very wet on the way back.
