I spent several hours preparing for my next glass creation which is going to be a larger Mondrian-style plate which I made a mini version of previously. I need to learn some maths for glass cutting (and I could also do with some for quilting).

In the afternoon I went to the Gyle shopping centre for an appointment for the research project Our Future Health. It involved having blood taken, height, weight, waist measurements and blood pressure taken. They said all the measurements were healthy at least! It seems that I won't hear anything more from them for about 18 months, so it's not going to be much of a commitment.
