Beach for Healing

A beautiful sunny day, although windy at times, and cooler about 27⁰c.  Clouded over this evening. 

Up fairly early, not feeling to well, caught a cold somewhere along the trip.  A day lounging by the pool and beach.  Bingo on tonight, then an early night. 

How yucky to catch a cold while away on holiday.  I got tablets from the chemist, hopefully be fast acting.  Another trick that often helps, flush it out at the beach.  I've been in and out of the water all day, getting my head right under the waves rolling in.  I may be totally wrong about this theory, but it has fairly helped my breathing.  Fingers crossed it passes quickly.  Looking over Konakli Beach, Alanya, Turkey.
