We are sailing

The Ards Man’s favourite thing! It was blowing a hooley but did we stay safely tied alongside the pontoon? We did not! We flung ourselves into the breeze and skimmed along the water.

There was a pretty big Atlantic swell sweeping in around the south of the Isle of Mull and we felt it! The boat corkscrewed for a while until we got into more sheltered waters.

Tomorrow we might go for a tootle around Oban. I’ve nearly finished my book so need a visit to Waterstones or the nearby secondhand bookstore. :-)
