Buttercups

It was a walk of two halves this morning. We strode forcefully from Tonwell to Sacombe church. Their weekly coffee morning was just finished and they invited us in and were very pleased to see new people. There were 14 of us so I think they were slightly overwhelmed.
As we set off to come back, it started to rain quite heavily. We all got soaked through. About a mile from the cars and I got a cramp in my right calf. It’s still painful now.
