Fastest cake in the world?

Diane and Jacob will be going home tomorrow after a week's visit and the house is already starting to feel a bit empty at the thought.

Thanks to Diane's baking prowess I'll be left with a batch of delicious scones. Not sure they're the best thing for my waistline, but they taste good...and I have friends coming to visit tomorrow so I will share.
