Grapes, Satellites, and Grandson

Our grapevines are flowering, as are the roses. Spent a while pruning the most vicious of the roses, beads of blood all over to prove it, my fault for not tackling it sooner.

Felt sick in the night, so got up and went outside, where it was much cooler. The sky was so clear, the Milky Way clearly visible, arching from north to south. As I was staring up, a couple of shooting stars, and then a satellite, and then another, and another. They kept on appearing in the north, high up, and descending, one after the other. I gave up looking after about thirty of them. A couple also going across the sky.

Today, looked up about satellites, and quite a few articles, this one is relatively simple, phew, not good at all. Ruining even the night sky.

Gratefuls:
- our oldest grandchild turning eleven, love him so much, here as a newborn
- all the family going for ice-cream at the Mitchell Centre, here, on Paul's Blip
- a trip to Spain, to buy steel, and fuel, fun to cross a border so easily
