Special treat

After walking the dogs in the woods I went for a 5 mile gentle run. Trying to build up the miles again as I have a 10km race next month.
When I got home a friend messaged me and asked if I wanted her slot at the Welly walk, her dog had gone lame and it was too late to cancel. So the dogs and I enjoyed an hour running around the fields and jumping in the lake. We were lucky it didn't rain while we were walking.
