Rainbow formation

Evening all,

Belated blip for yesterday 
Heading into work, I caught sight of a tiny bit of rainbow in the sky, beautiful flash of colour. Almost a full rainbow by the time I crossed the bridge.
Potential new member of the team, someone we know from a different department coming to see what the job entails, fingers crossed.
