Dampened spirits

Strange how the return of the rain takes the jollity levels down a notch or two. 

Not in the Repair Factory where a lot was done. Also my latest tender is going to deliver the product we want on half the budget. 
But you never read about those ones in the papers. It's only the truly awful fuckups that get some attention. 
Unfortunately the latter are not all that infrequent...
