Seconds Out, Round 2!

After Mondays clock picture I wanted to try another effect of catching the second hand moving so photographed another clock high on the kitchen wall. This took a lot of effort and i had a tripod on a chair whilst I was standing on a step ladder!
I used a shutter speed of 5 seconds so it was difficult to keep steady. I thought this would produce more of a blur as the second hand travelled but as you can see it just shows the hand in each position which I found interesting.
Of course I could have taken the clock off the wall which would have made the shot a lot easier! This was my favourite out of many shots and 40 mins later much arm ache!
Hope it was worth it. Maybe I will try a 3rd clock picture at some stage.
