Today has been a day of sitting behind a screen trying to make things happen. Next week I'm off on a mini tour of Wales and the west, meeting outdoor swimmers and taking to them about their experiences. I'm really looking forward to it, but as they say the only time success comes before hard work is in the dictionary! I did have a lovely afternoon break with Sarah, visiting her office in Victoria. Hope you are feeling better Clemo! x
