By the lake

This morning I walked down from Jean’s fields and reached as far as the lake. Lots of yellow irises around looking pretty. The forecast says rain this afternoon and evening. We do need some as it has been so dry lately.
For our evening walk we went the same route but stopped at the horse field where Archie and Dundee were happily grazing.
