Day 6 Norfolk Broads Ludham Bridge
We left South Walsham to go to Ludham Bridge. When we were on the Broads a few years ago we got coffee cups with a Scottish Terrier and a sheepdog (I had Scotties in South Africa and C had sheepdogs) at the Ludham Bridge Stores. We thought this year we'll get mugs with a staffie and a shar-pei in honour of The Oli. They didn't have mugs, but I got two shar-pei coasters and a few other bits. Extra is C and Oli waiting while I was in the shop.
We went back to Potter Heigham to get water and, as it was late afternoon, we decided to spend the night in the boatyard. Reversing into the mooring was a bit of a difficulty. There was no one to direct, the wind was blowing a hooley, the boat did not have thrusters and there was another boat which was too self important to wait and pushed past while C was trying to manoeuvre with me shouting directions from the back.
