Family Fun Day

Such a brilliant time at church this morning, Danny leading and Nick sharing his testimony. Plus one of the ladies had set up an art corner for people to be creative during the worship. Lovely to have Karen there for it all too, and to meet the people we talk about. 
Nick and his daughter ended up coming back to ours for the rest of the day which was really lovely - a very chilled day with Nate and Honey having a great time, and the rest of us meandering through the afternoon with good food, good wine and excellent conversation. Extra lovely to have this time as Nick's soon off touring for 10 months, so these afternoons will not be as often. Extra is him showing Honey his baptism photos. 
They left early evening and we 5 walked along the Port and then ended up in a park. 
A relaxed day. 

Today I'm grateful for;
1) A special morning at church.
2) Spontaneous hang outs and having extra food in.
3) The kids loving having Karen here.
