Operation Wedding Suit

Because of my stress fracture Operation Wedding Suit has failed. So, today I had to initiate Operation Save My Backside and head to McArthur Glen to pick up a new suit.

There was a slight problem on the way there when there was a crash on the M4, which delayed me by about half an hour or so.

Had a wander around a well known chain of suit shops, surprisingly there wasn't much selection but I did fancy one suit. Unfortunately they didn't have everything in my size though, so I headed off to find another shop. I was lucky there and got a really nice suit and a new tie. Although it is always scary picking clothes when you don't have the female perspective. Lol! I posted it online after though and sent it to young padawan, so got the royal seal of approval then. Lol!

Now I just need new shows. I will sort that out tomorrow.

Caught up with her before she headed home for her wedding and honeymoon. We had a laugh and I said that she leaves as a Miss and the next time I'll see her she will be a Mrs. She laughed. It'll be strange not having her around for three weeks.

Hoping for a quiet weekend.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  Getting a new suit and having the royal seal of approval
2.  Catching up with my young padawan before she heads home for her wedding
