Sweet sweet the memories you gave me..............

I decided last night that I would give the gym a miss today, a I have developed a head cold.  I went all through the winter without having one, now suddenly my nose is running like a tap. 
When I turned on my phone, Vic 's daughter had sent me a message to say that Vic had passed away at 3.15 this morning.  He put up an incredible fight, but it was his time, as he was still in so much pain.   Now he is at peace.
