A Special Day

I've had a lovely birthday. Busy but delightful. The highlight was dinner with a great friend - quiet and understated but lovely. She passed me a birthday present from her mum, Margo, who is 91. She'd knitted me a scarf and given me some of her home grown tomatoes from her greenhouse. Needless to say I was thrilled to bits.

The weather wasn't up to much today and I took a few images after dinner beside the canal by the restaurant, but I favoured this one.
