Swimming with mother

The light perfectly caught the ripples on the swimming pool, as Sam (the day after his birthday) went for a dip with mum, and brother & sister. Both are excellent swimmers, while me, who can't swim, looked on from the balcony. My swimming lessons at school were an early Thatcher cutback, and I never learnt thereafter.
Emma is brilliant at thinking of things to occupy the kids in the school holidays, but I think both kids and us are feeling the hols drag on now. Only 4 weeks to ago...
