River Trent - £200

took this picture at Trent Lock on my way home tonight. the junction of the Trent, the Soar, and the Erewash....but this bit is defo the Trent! (with the Erewash turning off to the right in the pic).

The Trent starts in Staffordshire and ends up joining the River Ouse to form the Humber Estuary, which flows out into the North Sea. In Nottingham it's the dividing line between Nottingham Forest and Notts County! and also has the (soon to be lighted) Trent Bridge arching over it.

Drizzly start to the day. Walked Pete, and then off to Brum on the train. Chucking it down at New Street on arrival!

good day at work and a nice lunch out with Pav, who's leaving tomorrow. Back to Derby at 5pm, and then home via Trent Lock. Walk out with Pete, dark clouds looming and we make it home for 8pm just as it starts to rain. finally home and in!
