Breakfast

One of our running group is celebrating her 50th birthday so we had an outing to a different parkrun, followed by breakfast.
It was about 50mins drive away and we were almost there when one of the group discovered it was cancelled and managed to message people in the other cars in time for us to divert to another one (though one person didn't make it as her new car broke down). It was a less interesting course, but one I hadn't done before, and we had a good run.
It had rained during the night and there was still some drizzle initially (and low cloud on the hills) but a much warmer breeze.
Fortunately we weren't far from the place we'd booked for breakfast, a golf club, and we were given a warm welcome, including by the club captain.
A lazy afternoon and then a fun, fundraising Beetle Drive in the church. Our new pastor is a trustee of a charity helping disabled and Roma people in Romania.
