Change at last

After a once in a decade period of several weeks with blue skies and light winds we have a change in the weather.
Late yesterday evening some light rain arrived. It must have been heavy in the night as the empty water tubs which collect rain from the house roof are now full.
It eased off at breakfast time so off we went for a few thousand steps.
More rain is forecast for the next few days. So we are back to a traditional British bank holiday weekend.
