Crawfish

Some guy called me the other day and asked if we have any crawfish to sell him... Well... Not at the moment, but maybe we can arrange some, I said.
Now we do have some crawfish already - and there is more available, I quess.

This is a big one. Almost a small lobster!

I am so sorry as the blip is a bit unsharp, but I forgot to check the camera settings beforehand - and as I was about to take this photo, this little monster tried to crawl out from the trap...

Later, as they are going to be boiled (alive) in hot salty water with dill for about 10-12 mnutes, they become all red... And tasty. Not very much meat to eat, but this is great party meal!
