Sunbathing

The typical unpredictability of spring has hit today, it was awfully overcast all day and it began raining while I was on route to Little Man's nursery to collect him. He had a lovely morning and I had Sjanne round whilst he was away.

A little over six weeks ago, Sjanne and I applied for emergency housing, but haven't heard anything from them so we called the town hall to find out more. They said that we'd hear back within three working days (so by Wednesday next week).

I let Little Man watch some Paw Patrol this afternoon as I wanted to watch the thanksgiving service livestream for his great-grandfather who passed away just under three weeks ago. It was a lovely service and I'm very grateful for the technology that allowed me to watch it (though the volume hadn't been collaborated right on the host account, so I had to have my phone's volume turned all the way up so I could hear everything).

We had a quiet rest of the afternoon and when I went to post this, Blipfoto was briefly down for maintenance, so I had to wait a big before I could try again.

I posted yesterday that my benefits hadn't come through, thankfully it did come through this morning.
