It might take a few days for me to recover from today. Hard work.

On the other hand, today was a day for good news.
Received news that our missives were signed today so we're (finally) officially sold.
The Foundation have won preferred bidder status.
Virgin media have finally got BT sport free as part of their xl package. Just in time for us to transfer to the new flat.
