Bad Light

Busy day at work, was feeling very warm and sluggish at swords.  Had a spar with everyone and although felt absolutely useless, by brain was at least starting to recognise bad habits I was in and how to make them better, and also picking up on some of the things my opponents were doing, which is good as it shows I'm starting to get out of flail mode.

I do need more gear though, came away with some good bruises from various sparring partners, so I might head back to the teaching class until I've saved up a bit more.

I only got a chance to take a couple of photos and didn't have time to adjust my settings at all, so here's a very grainy shot.
