and no wonder . living rurally , you tend to get the odd mouse or two . i catch them humanly and release them out in the fields . Simi dog got this one . she didn't kill it , but decided it was a new toy . by the time i got her to drop it , it was soaked with dog drool and didn't know if it was coming or going . being the opportunist snapper i am , i took a few shots before placing it in the hedge away from Simi .
