Loud lounger

I had an appointment this morning to have my teeth cleaned and left lots of time because of the delays at the road repairs. I was early, so I walked around the boardwalk to find a blip. I could hear a very loud conversation and laughter and thought there were at least two people involved. I couldn't see anyone talking at first, but as I walked further, I could see that it was just this one woman on her phone, lounging in her dinghy. Her voice and laugh carried for such a distance! The guy in the first extra was tying up his dinghy close to her and kept turning around and looking at her. Oblivious, she was.
Second extra: At another part of the dock, a guy and his dog arrived and the dog was interested in looking out at the water while the guy tied up his dinghy. A dinghy day for blips!
The cleaning went well, no problems with my teeth. 
The sunshine was deceptive. Still quite cool but maybe some warmer temperatures on the way. Fingers crossed!
