Danger!

This sign is posted at the ferry terminals so that people coming to the island are aware of the level of danger of forest fires. Because of the stretch of hot weather, the danger is now extreme. Fortunately we have a few days of rain forecast, so hopefully the danger level will decrease. A forest fire here would be devastating and it's always a worry in hot summers.
