Instant Nursery

The building work in preparation for a new nursery school has been going on opposite our house , very noisily, for a few weeks now. The building is a German kit and here part of it is being maneuvered in by a huge crane.
All very interesting but I had a few conniptions today when a large section if old hedge was ripped out.
I got straight on to the blower to the construction manager who met us outside- and reassured us that it was all on the plan and new hedging would be planted .
I quite like the idea of hearing little people playing opposite our house- makes a nice change from hearing teenagers shouting abuse at each other . No really, I just like hearing all the youngsters having a happy time at school.
The traffic problems are another matter :-(
