" Y'ur my favorite Deputy..."

An afternoon trip to the discovery museum on a drizzly grey Wednesday with my grandson.

Many years ago, after watching Toy Story 2, this child's uncle would protest as the older kinder teased him: " I'm not Stinky Pete!..."

Back in the day we had a talking Woody in our toy pile. One night I was awakened by a defective Woody, yammering away, over and over:  "Howdy Pardner",  "There's a snake in my boot", and "Y'ur my favorite Deputy"....

Woody still resides in one of the kid's closets along with an equally antique Buzz Light-year.
