brambleblossom

By brambleblossom

Blooming lovely, the Elderflower tree that grows opposite the house . The reason for taking the photo , despite the loveliness of the blossom , is the bird box sited on the trunk of the tree . You will need to zoom in to find it . The blue tits have been and gone , but a swarm of bees have arrived and moved in. I’ve been watching them with my binoculars, they are certainly busy bees with lots of coming and going .
Freya was our main focus of the day , we went to the story session at the Library and received a warm welcome after our fairly long absence.
We picked Arthur up from school, bought ice cream and then headed to a park so they could run off all their wiggles and jiggles . I’ve felt extremely tired throughout the day , I wonder if it’s hay fever which I sometimes get when the pollen count is really high . Motivation to do anything much has completely deserted me which is s shame as there is such a lot to do but I simply can’t be bothered !
