Taste sensation

Today's hangover (yes, 2 in 1 week, yuck!!!!) required some feeding and the healthy eating plan went right out the window!

This masterpiece of a cake, of which I forgot the name of, can only be described as the love-child of a cherry cheesecake & a Yorkshire pudding!!! It was, quite possibly, the most amazing hangover cure...and my new favourite treat.

The only thing that would have improved it would have been a drop of double cream!
