Fungus, mold

A rotting stump with all living organisms on it. What it is, I do not know. I just search for a while but didn't find what I was looking for.
Maybe it's a kind of mushroom, fungus, mold. In any case, a parasite. The size is about 3-4 mm. So the picture does give approximately the actual size.
