I've (Not I'm) pickled. Pickled courgettes, amazing what you have time for when kids are away, been to work, the house is still tidy from yesterday because there was no one here to mess it up so this afternoon I've pickled courgettes and made courgette cake (yes I planted too many courgette plants).
