Magnolia 'Galaxy'

Our team had a face-to-face meeting day at the office, and it will continue tomorrow in a villa in Lempäälä. Three colleaques from abroad are also here.

It was a long day for me, it's hard to accept that fatigue has grown up so much that working starts to be very difficult for me. And sitting on a normal chair too, my back can't stand sitting for long because of a metastasis in my spine. After the meeting was over, I went to the arboretum to take couple of photos while waiting for hubby, who also worked at the office today. An annual photo of this gorgeous Magnolia 'Galaxy' seems to be mandatory.

A terrible thing happened in our small town today. Three pupils were injured in a stabbing incident at Vähäjärvi School in Pirkkala. According to the information available, the victims' injuries are not thought to be life-threatening. There have been widespread reports that the suspect, who is a 16-year-old boy, published a manifesto saying he planned to use a knife in the attack and that his intended targets would be female pupils. According to the manifesto, he wanted to do something significant and exciting, with the stated aim of going to prison for two to four years.
