DUCKLING PAIR

I took the car over to Middlesbrough late morning for a new windscreen - mine was hit by something last week and a crack is creeping across the bottom of it - but they'd got the wrong replacement in. It was my fault for giving them the wrong information when I made the booking, but apparently it's a mistake others have made too and they'll get the right one in for me for tomorrow. At least it meant I had time for a walk in the park this afternoon where I found plenty of little fluffy things still surviving, so fingers crossed they'll continue to thrive. There are still plenty of coot and moorhen chicks, still six cygnets and a couple of broods of ducklings that I could see.
