Celebrations

We were presented with a certificate today for dedication to fostering...sadly we weren't able to attend the actual ceremony but a friend of mine who works for the council was able to drop it off, which was a lovely chance for a catch up. In the afternoon took kiddo for a walk we have slowly being building up to for nearly 5 months... they did the whole thing!! Felt like a big celebration. An evening community meal helped me pace the day, as S is in London and that can start to feel like a slog by evening time!
